Real Estate Paralegal Opportunity

Prepare, review, and organize legal documents to support attorneys and the legal team. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation. Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Assist with drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence. Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Support the legal team in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence related to legal matters.

A successful Real Estate Paralegal should have experience within Real Estate. Ability to go onsite 4 days a week in Boston. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing legal documents and tasks. Experience with legal research and drafting legal documents. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with legal teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in legal software and document management systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment. Familiarity with legal terminology and processes within the business services industry.
