This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and playing a key role in advancing complex real estate transactions from inception through closing.Job Description:The Real Estate Paralegal will support land acquisition, development, and legal operations by managing documentation, conducting due diligence, and coordinating project-related legal activities. This position will oversee multiple active projects simultaneously and work closely with legal, development, and operational teams to help move projects through various stages of execution and financing.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple real estate projects simultaneously while tracking progress and critical deadlinesConduct due diligence reviews related to land acquisitions and development activitiesAnalyze title commitments, deeds, easements, surveys, and related property recordsPrepare and revise legal documents, including amendments, assignments, estoppels, subordination agreements, and other transactional documentsCoordinate with title companies, surveyors, and external stakeholders throughout project lifecyclesMaintain project documentation, reporting, and tracking tools to ensure accuracy and organizationSupport closing activities and facilitate execution of transaction documentsCollaborate with legal, land, and development teams to resolve project-related issuesAssist with legal process improvements, records management, and internal documentation initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institutionMinimum of 3 years of paralegal experience supporting real estate transactions in a law firm or corporate legal environmentStrong understanding of leases, easements, title matters, surveys, land acquisition, and related real estate agreementsExperience drafting and reviewing legal documents with a high degree of accuracyExcellent written communication and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelHybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the Boulder officeStandard business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
