Real Estate Paralegal

Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm of approximately 300 attorneys that operates from a strategic platform of offices located in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto, is seeking a full-time paralegal for our Real Estate Practice Area resident, in our Buffalo office.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing title, survey, zoning, and diligence mattersPreparing and reviewing transfer documents and other related closing documentsCoordinating recordings and filingsPreparing post-closing binders while working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless transactionsQualifications Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is preferredThree years of commercial real estate experience; some residential experience is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Word and related office softwareThis salary range represents the firm's good‑faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for the position and does not include performance‑or merit‑based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm.
