About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal / Closing Processor to support our growing residential real estate practice. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident helping residential real estate transactions move smoothly from contract to closing.

The ideal candidate may come from a real estate law firm, title company, closing office, or related transactional real estate environment. You will coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and attorneys to keep each transaction organized, accurate, and on track. This is a full-time, in-person position with office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

You bring strong residential real estate closing, title processing, real estate paralegal, or related transactional real estate experience and enjoy working in a detail-focused, fast-moving environment. You communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities with confidence, and understand how important accuracy, timing, and follow-through are in every transaction.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Support residential real estate transactions from contract through closing and post-closing
  • Set up new matters in OneDrive, SoftPro, and physical files
  • Order and track title searches, title commitments, municipal lien searches, HOA estoppels, loan payoffs, and related closing documents
  • Review transaction documents for accuracy, completeness, and closing readiness
  • Prepare closing documents, title policies, correspondence, and related real estate materials
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, real estate agents, attorneys, and other transaction partners
  • Help identify and resolve title, documentation, and closing issues as they arise
  • Maintain organized files, track deadlines, and help keep each transaction moving forward
  • Support commercial real estate matters and legal document preparation as needed
  • Provide professional, responsive client service throughout the closing process

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate, business, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of residential real estate closing, title processing, real estate paralegal, or related transactional real estate experience preferred
  • Experience in a real estate law firm, title company, closing office, or escrow/title processing environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, title insurance, and closing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with SoftPro strongly preferred; ability to learn new systems required
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-service mindset
