Job Details

Job Duties:

• Assist attorneys with major commercial real estate transactions from start to close
• Review title, survey, and other due diligence materials
• Handle curative resolutions to title issues
• Organize pre- and post-closing documentation
• Manage transaction and closing timelines
• Prepare closing statements and checklists
• Review contracts and leases
• Draft title objection letters
• Support entity formation work
• Manage multiple complex matters simultaneously with minimal oversight

Job Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal specifically. Other paralegal experience (litigation, family law, etc.) doesn't transfer for this role.
• Associate degree required, Bachelor's preferred
• ABA Paralegal Certification a plus, but strong hands-on transactional experience can substitute
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, comfortable owning multiple closings at once
