Overview LHH is looking for a Temp-to-Hire Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a transactional boutique law firm located in Fort Worth, TX . Temp to Hire can be 3 months depending on how the assignment is going . Would like someone that can assist while the perm search is ongoing and hopefully work out to be hired permanently .Hourly pay is $30.00 - $40.00 per hour DOE3 month assignment fully onsite. Will evaluate at that time to hire permanentlyIf hired permanently, unlimited PTO (if not abused)Candidates with residential real estate experience and candidates with no law firm experience will not be considered. Please do not applyQualifications A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, commercial real estate finance, or commercial escrow/title at a Texas law firmExperience with commercial property transactions, easements, rights of way, title and survey review, acquisitions/dispositions, and drafting transactional documents is strongly preferredFamiliarity with lending-transaction processes, though not necessarily specialized lending-document draftingTitle and Survey experienceParalegal certification requiredStrong understanding of commercial real estate documentation and processesProficiency in MS Office and Bill4Time for timekeeping (preferred)Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare initial loan documents for commercial lending transactions (Texas and national)Review and validate documentation , ensuring accuracy of all exhibitsManage closing checklists and track due diligence to support timely closingsConduct title and survey review and analysisCoordinate communication among attorneys, lenders, borrowers, and title companiesMaintain accurate time and billing records for invoicingManage documents per firm procedures, including electronic filingRecord documents electronically in applicable public recordsSupport special projects and additional assignments as neededIf you meet the requirements above and can perform all the responsibilities, please apply or contact me at jamie.stone@lhh.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
