Dinsmore is seeking a Paralegal at our Indianapolis, IN location who will support multiple attorneys in the Commercial Real Estate practice group.Responsibilities Reviewing surveys, title commitments and exception documentsPreparing documents relating to a variety of real estate, loan and construction matters, based on consultation with business clients and review by attorneys, including but not limited to agreements, leases, loan documents, and standard construction contractsPreparing ancillary real estate transaction documents such as escrow instructions, deeds, easements, owner's affidavits, closing certificates and entitlementsProviding general assistance in real estate, lending, construction and leasing transactionsProofreading legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistencyAnalyzing and summarizing documents, zoning ordinances and statutes for review by attorneysWorking closely with attorneys to resolve a variety of day‑to‑day issues, and supporting a broad range of commercial transactions and projectsPerforming legal due diligenceMulti‑tasking and prioritizing work assignments to consistently provide high‑quality work product within stated deadlinesRequirements College degree, paralegal certificate, or relevant work experience3–5 years of experience as a real‑estate paralegalAbility to perform high quality, billable workProficiency with government and regulatory online toolsHigh attention to detail and accuracy of workSuperior verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work professionally and confidentially with a variety of personalities from all levels of an organizationProven organizational and multi‑tasking skillsIndependent, action‑oriented thinker who will successfully undertake and complete projects and major tasks with limited supervision and work with other personnel as a teamStrong work ethic and commitment to excellence and professionalismMust be dependable and hardworking team playerAbility to prioritize work#J-18808-Ljbffr
