The firm offers a collaborative culture, strong mentorship, and long‑term career growth potential.ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions from contract through closingPrepare and review closing checklists, closing binders, and transaction documentsCoordinate due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning documents, organizational documents, and financing materialsDraft and revise purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, conveyance documents, and closing documentsServe as a liaison with clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counselMaintain transaction files and manage critical deadlines throughout the deal lifecycleAssist with post‑closing matters, recordings, and document organizationSupport real‑estate financing and lending transactions, including preparation and collection of closing deliverablesQualifications3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, preferably within a law firmExperience supporting acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development transactionsStrong understanding of title, survey, due diligence, and closing processesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsParalegal certificate preferred but not requiredAdditional InformationPersonal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.
