Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence, reviewing title, survey, and zoning materials, preparing and managing closing documents and checklists, handling recordings and closing books, drafting and filing UCCs, preparing Land Court and registry filings, assisting with foreclosure matters, and drafting a variety of real estate documents such as leases, purchase agreements, deeds, easements, and formation documents.The ideal candidate will have commercial real estate experience in a law firm.
