SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Real Estate Paralegal in Newark. This role offers a high base as well as bonus, excellent benefits and growth potential in a well known and respected law firm. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3-years of Corporate Real Estate experience. Responsibilities will include:
Independent review of title and survey for commercial properties.
Preparation and distribution of comment memos.
Coordination with title companies, surveyors, and zoning consultants.
Management and organization of transactions involving multiple properties and large deal files.
Drafting loan documents .
