Dean Mead is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Paralegal , based out of our downtown Orlando office (named a “Coolest Workspace” by Orlando Weekly).Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct title, survey, UCC, lien, and zoning searches and reviewsDraft and revise purchase agreements, leases, and closing documentsManage due diligence and transaction checklistsCoordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and government agenciesPrepare and organize closing documents and attend closingsRecord legal documents with appropriate agenciesCreate and maintain closing binders and transaction filesPerform legal research related to real estate regulations and lawsTrack critical dates and ensure timely completion of transactional tasksOther billable and non‑billable projects and general administrative duties, as assigned by supervisorsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the Duties and Responsibilities above satisfactorily and meet the requirements below. Experience with iManage preferred.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Work EnvironmentThis position reports in‑person to the Orlando office.
