The position requires a highly skilled individual with a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, strong computer skills, and the ability to work and interact with a variety of people from all backgrounds. The position is on-site at the firm office, and the work schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm.About the role:Communicating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and municipalities to obtain information for residential closingsProcessing and transmitting completed documentation to lendersMeeting with clients and residential real estate professionalsCoordinating with attorneys to conduct real estate transactions quickly and accurately to provide excellent experiences for clientsDesired Qualifications:1-2 years of residential real estate closing experienceBachelor's degree is preferred, but not requiredProficiency with Microsoft Suite, Word, Outlook, ExcelPerforms job duties while maintaining a high level of customer serviceCompletes work and solves problems by utilizing training, tools, reports, and analytical skillsPro-active, takes initiative, and excellent follow-through skillsAbility to work on multiple deadline-driven tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to convey information effectively and accurately both verbally and writtenProfessional manner and appearanceThe law firm offers:A competitive salary based on prior experience and qualificationsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
