Real Estate Finance Paralegal

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid/Flexible)

Compensation: $90,000-$145,000 + discretionary performance bonus

Schedule: 1 day per week in-office (Tuesday required)

Billable Requirement: 1,200 hours annually

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Remote Flexibility: Fully remote options may be available for candidates with extensive real estate finance transaction experience.

LHH is working with a growing legal team is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Paralegal to support a high-volume transactional practice. This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex commercial real estate finance matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, revise, and maintain loan and financing documents
  • Conduct litigation, bankruptcy, and UCC searches
  • Prepare and file UCC financing statements
  • Coordinate and manage transaction closings
  • Organize due diligence materials and transaction files
  • Ensure closing documentation is complete and properly executed
  • Support post-closing document delivery and record maintenance
  • Assist with additional transactional projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a high-volume transactional or real estate finance practice
  • Strong knowledge of title and survey review
  • Experience preparing and filing UCC documents
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, and PDF applications
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with document management systems is preferred
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime when necessary
