Responsibilities
After demonstrating the ability to generate consistently business opportunities (residential real estate closed transactions) and find and attract talent to Chatel Group the successful candidate will:
- Partner closely with the business owner to develop and execute strategic goals, growth plans, and operational priorities for Chatel Group.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficient workflows, consistent service delivery, and alignment with company objectives.
- Support real estate business development by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client and industry relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in Atlanta.
- Collaborate on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to support sustainable profitability.
- Help lead, mentor, and coordinate team members, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing work environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze business results, and recommend improvements to processes, systems, and client experiences.
- Represent Chatel Group professionally with clients, vendors, partners, and community stakeholders while upholding the company’s values and reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate, business development, entrepreneurship, operations, sales, or a related field
- A Sphere of 200+ people that have been downloaded into a CSV file ready to upload to a CRM
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive business growth
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, transactions, investment principles, or willingness to learn quickly
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the initiative, judgment, and resilience to help lead and grow a business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while managing multiple priorities
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing client relationships, partnerships, vendors, or cross-functional teams
- High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and discretion
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and other business technology
- Ability to work collaboratively with the business owner and represent Chatel Group professionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours, attend meetings and networking events, and support business needs as required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Real estate license or relevant professional certification is preferred but not required
