You’ll be joining a highly established, well-known real estate investment company with over 25 years of success and a dominant presence in the Sacramento market. As one of the area’s largest cash buyers, this role is designed to unlock new deal flow and partnerships.

Unlike traditional sales roles, this position is focused on relationship-driven growth - building referral pipelines with attorneys, realtors, code enforcement, contractors, and other community partners.

Compensation & Perks

  • $50K base + commission + bonuses

  • Realistic earnings: $100K–$250K+

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and build relationships with high-value referral partners (attorneys, agents, inspectors, contractors, etc.)

  • Develop strategic partnerships that generate consistent deal flow

  • Stay visible in the community and top-of-mind with key players

  • Track and manage outreach and relationships in CRM

  • Collaborate with acquisitions team to convert opportunities into deals

  • Bring new ideas to expand reach and market presence

Who You Are

  • Strong relationship builder - this is NOT a transactional sales role

  • Organized and disciplined with CRM usage

  • Creative thinker who can generate new opportunities

  • Ability to communicate value across a wide range of audiences

  • Background in business development, partnerships, and/or sales

  • Real estate exposure is helpful but not required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • Build a consistent pipeline of referral-based opportunities

  • Establish trusted relationships across the local real estate ecosystem

  • Contribute directly to increased deal volume and company growth

  • Become a go-to connector in the Sacramento real estate housing market
