Z3® Carolinas and Z3® Ghana are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and growth-minded Agent Partner to support our real estate operations, lead generation, transaction coordination, database management, and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who can think ahead, solve problems quickly, communicate professionally, and create an exceptional client experience from first contact to closing day and beyond.
This position combines the responsibilities of a Showing Partner, Transaction Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, and Operations Support Specialist into one dynamic role.
Responsibilities
Transaction Support – Agreement to Close
- Manage transactions from drafting the agreement through contract closing
- Coordinate timelines, deadlines, inspections, appraisals, and closing schedules
- Communicate with lenders, attorneys, title companies, inspectors, vendors, and clients
- Ensure all documents are complete, compliant, and submitted on time Maintain accurate transaction files and records
- Assist with listing launch coordination such as photography, signage, and MLS input
- Provide exceptional customer service and client care throughout the transaction process
Showing & Field Support
- Show homes to buyers when needed
- Attend inspections, walkthroughs, staging appointments, and closings as needed
- Assist agents with onsite sales and client support activities
- Provide feedback and communication regarding client preferences and property tours
Database & CRM Management
- Maintain and organize the CRM/database daily Input, update, and track leads, contacts, and client communication
- Ensure all client records, notes, and timelines are accurate and current
- Create follow-up systems and automation workflows
- Monitor pipeline activity and assist with lead nurturing campaigns
- Track KPIs, appointments, and conversion metrics
Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Conduct outbound lead generation activities a minimum of 10 hours weekly
- Follow up with internet leads, past clients, sphere, and prospects
- Schedule buyer/seller consultations and appointments
- Assist with script practice and client communication
- Support open houses, virtual events, and community engagement initiatives
- Generate reviews, referrals, and testimonials from clients
Social Media & Marketing Management
- Assist with creating and scheduling social media content for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create marketing flyers, listing promotions, reels, and engagement content
- Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, text campaigns, and event promotions
- Monitor engagement and assist with social media growth strategies
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, and community highlights
Qualifications

- Real Estate License Required - North & South Carolina
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Experience with CRM systems, Canva, social media platforms, and Google Workspace preferred
- Marketing and customer service experience is a plus

- Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional local travel
