Real Estate Project Manager

Our client, a growing Chicago-based real estate investment firm, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee renovations, transactions, and property dispositions across a nationwide residential portfolio of 1,100+ properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-sale renovations and capital improvements
• Coorinate contractors, vendors, title companies, and real estate agents
• Oversee multiple transactions from planning through closing
• Track budgets, timelines, contracts, and project milestones
• Identify opportunities to maximize property value and ROI

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of real estate transactions, property management, or real estate operations experience
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience coordinating vendors and external stakeholders
