Horizon House is Pennsylvania’s oldest psychiatric rehabilitation agency. Since 1952, we have been dedicated to helping people with mental illness, drug and alcohol addictions, developmental/intellectual disabilities, and homelessness to stabilize their lives and to help them live as independently as possible in the community. With over 100 locations throughout South and North Eastern Pennsylvania and the state of Delaware, Horizon House provides services to a diverse population focusing on individual strength and choice.


We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Real Estate Project Manager to coordinate departmental projects and operational practices.  This position plans, organizes, and manages the completion of specific projects for the Division while ensuring these
projects are on time, on budget, and within the agreed upon scope.  This position also assists with fulfilling the housing and real estate needs for the Agency and in real estate development. 

Qualifications:


 A bachelor’s degree in a related field or any combination of education, experience, training that would provide
the level of knowledge, skill and ability required.
 5-7 years of project management and related experience
 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
 Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
 Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
 Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
 Able to complete projects in a timely manner
 Able to communicate clearly effectively verbally in writing
 Budget management experience
 Ability to provide data analysis and formal project reports
 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
 Must possess a valid driver’s license and be available for regional travel.


Scope:

 May require sitting for extended periods of time.
 Light lifting and/or carrying, not to exceed 50 lbs.
 Manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
 Must possess a valid driver’s license and be available for regional travel.
