The Opportunity:

Our Client's Capital Markets department is seeking exceptional junior and mid-level transactional attorneys for the commercial mortgage-backed securitization practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in the areas of origination, securitization, syndication and/or participation of commercial mortgage loans and/or mezzanine loans.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $390,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
