What You'll Do

• Build and maintain professional relationships with realtors, homeowners, and buyers.
• Conduct detailed property inspections to identify basement, foundation, and crawlspace concerns.
• Communicate inspection findings clearly to real estate partners and customers.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely, high-quality service from inspection to closing.
• Represent Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Compensation

Earning potential: $100,000-$200,000+ annually

• 50% of our inspectors earn over $100k in their first year
• Top performers exceed $200k annually
• Paid training and uncapped commission structure

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 1+ year of experience in sales, real estate, or customer service (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and people skills - in person, over the phone, and via email
• Willingness to work in crawlspaces or basements
• A positive, driven, and team-focused attitude
