Are you looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity that lets you build your own schedule and work independently? We’re seeking a Real Estate Runner who loves staying active, being out on the road, and managing their own time. This role is perfect for students, side hustlers, or anyone wanting to earn extra income without being tied to a 9-5.

• Part-time (15-20 hours bi-weekly minimum, up to 40-50 hours bi-weekly during busy seasons)
• $16/hour + $0.58/mile mileage reimbursement
• Columbia, MD + surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Install and remove lockboxes at real estate listings (majority of the role)
• Occasionally coordinate with clients to transfer keys or materials
• Maintain and update Sentri-lock card weekly; learn basic troubleshooting
• Deliver brochures, posters, and sign riders to vacant properties (access via lockbox as needed)
• Pick up materials from our office (9250 Rumsey Rd, Columbia) or MPI (11545 Manor Stone Ln)
• Run occasional errands ( key/document pickup/drop-off at properties, title companies, lenders)
• Keep Google Drive lockbox spreadsheet

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using a smartphone and apps 
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Self-motivated, able to plan your routes and tasks
• Enjoys working independently with flexible hours
• Build your own schedule whether you prefer mornings, afternoons, or spreading hours throughout the week!
