Real Estate Sales Agent Job Description Position Summary: This position is responsible for becoming familiar with the features and benefits of Granville Homes’ properties, presenting, and selling those properties to potential home buyers, and achieving high buyer satisfaction through excellent customer service and follow through along with an understanding of the corresponding market. The Sales Agent will manage client contracts from start to close, ensuring the highest level of customer service in the process. Supervisory Responsibility: This position is responsible for the performance management of staff within their assigned sales community. Work Environment: This job operates in the field and within professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full time at will position, and work hours are typically between Monday – Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with afterhours as needed, and two consecutive days off during the week. Must work Saturday and Sunday. Pay Range: $16.90 - $20 hourly initial training period; thereafter satisfactory completion base plus commission depending on tracts assigned. Travel: Travel is primarily local within the city of Fresno and Clovis, and the Millerton Lake (Ventana Hills Community).
