Compensation:

$80,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission


Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Leverage our industry-leading technology and marketing tools to effectively promote properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends, providing clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Guide clients through the buying or selling process, offering expert advice and support at every step.
  • Collaborate with our team to generate and follow up on high-quality leads, maximizing your sales potential.
  • Participate in daily training and professional development sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize our proven systems and coaching to develop personalized business plans that align with your career goals and aspirations.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in real estate sales, with a proven ability to close deals and exceed targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
