Responsibilities:What You'll Do
- Build relationships with buyers and sellers
- Follow up with the provided leads
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process
- Attend coaching, training, and role-play sessions
- Leverage our systems and technology to serve clients at a high level
- Contribute to a culture built on growth, accountability, and teamwork
Qualifications:- Wisconsin Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Desire to grow personally and professionally
- Commitment to creating exceptional client experiences
