Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee - High Commission Split, Training Available

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to learn how to become productive real estate agents. Whether you’re newly licensed or actively working toward your license, you’ll have access to experienced professionals and practical training designed to help you develop your skills and start creating opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize company systems to track client interactions and manage transactions efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Comfortable using technology to manage client interactions and transactions.
