Responsibilities

Build Momentum from Day One

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute weekly systems that drive consistent lead flow
  • Track priorities, tasks, and follow-up inside PLACE technology
  • Convert conversations into CONFIRMED appointments
  • Host TWO open houses each month to expand reach and boost VISIBILITY

Client Strategy & Deal Execution

  • Lead buyer strategy sessions and secure signed agreements
  • Conduct seller consultations and convert meetings into ACTIVE listings
  • Represent clients in negotiations with CONFIDENCE and professionalism

Practice with Purpose

  • Participate in weekly role-play and collaborative team sessions
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, ongoing TRAINING, and Partner Calls

Market-Ready Listings

  • Advise clients on PRICING direction and staging preparation
  • Coordinate listing-related support services
