Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Real Estate Sales Development Representative for a growing organization in the investment real estate industry. This is a direct-hire, onsite opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Real Estate Sales Development Representative is an entry-level sales development role designed for an individual interested in building a career in investment real estate sales. This position provides hands-on exposure to company systems, sales processes, product knowledge, client communication, lead qualification, and appointment setting. The role offers a clear development path toward increasingly responsible sales positions within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and manage inbound calls and leads while providing a professional, people-first experience.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and realtor referral lists.

• Qualify prospects using established talk tracks and scripts.

• Set qualified appointments and shadow sales appointments with the Property Counselor team.

• Maintain accurate lead statuses, activity, and notes within HubSpot CRM.

• Work toward achieving and shadowing 10+ qualified appointments while developing sales and client communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with a confident, professional phone presence.

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients.

• Familiarity with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is preferred.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

• Real estate license or willingness to independently pursue licensing during employment as part of continued career development.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This direct-hire opportunity offers an annual salary of $45,000, along with a competitive benefits package.
