Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with an established, top-producing agent to serve buyer and seller clients throughout the entire real estate journey.
- Convert warm, qualified buyer opportunities into successful transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Prospect and generate new business to expand your personal pipeline and sphere of influence.
- Coordinate listing preparation, timelines, and client communication to ensure a seamless selling experience.
- Show homes, write and negotiate offers, attend inspections, and guide clients from contract to close.
- Provide expert market knowledge and strategic advice to help clients make confident buying and selling decisions.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through consistent follow-up and database management.
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team—including marketing, transaction coordination, and administrative professionals—so you can focus on selling real estate.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture committed to delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications
- HI Real Estate license Needed
- Strong sense of service first and finding resolutions under pressure
- High sense of urgency - efficient and effective

- Proactive and Self-Starter

- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

- Must be willing to work on weekends and evenings as needed to support the team.
