Real Estate Showing Agent - Training & Mentorship Available

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Showing Agents. You'll work directly with buyers, tour properties, and help clients navigate the home-buying process.

You don't need previous showing experience to get started.

Our team provides hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship to help you learn how to work with buyers, build relationships, and become more confident in real estate.

You'll gain practical experience showing properties, communicating with clients, following up with buyers, and learning the systems that experienced agents use to manage their business.

We're looking for people who enjoy working with others, communicate well, are dependable, and are willing to learn. You'll have the independence to manage your schedule while receiving guidance and support from an experienced team.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

This is a commission-based position, with earnings determined by your individual performance and results.

Flexible schedule. No office attendance required. Remote and field-based opportunities available.

No previous real estate showing experience required. Training and mentorship provided.

$118,000 - $225,500 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Show properties to prospective buyers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of each home's features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring a positive buying experience.
  • Coordinate with listing agents to schedule property showings, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for clients.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about the local real estate market, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Assist clients in understanding the home buying process, offering guidance and support every step of the way.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Utilize company-provided tools and systems to track client interactions and manage your schedule effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple client needs and schedules.
  • Comfortable using technology and real estate software to track interactions and manage tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
