Responsibilities
List and market

clients.
Coordinate
showings: Schedule property
showings, communicate with potential buyers, and provide
property information.
Coordinate
inspections: Facilitate
property inspections and address any concerns.
Stay
informed: Keep up to date
with market trends, property values, and industry
regulations.
Maintain accurate
records: Document client
interactions, property details and transaction progress to
meet real estate compliance standards.
Work
independently: Manage your own
schedule, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
effectively.

Requirements
Alaska real estate
license: Must be licensed
to practice real estate in Alaska.
1+ years of
experience: Previous
experience in residential real estate is
preferred.
Strong
communication skills: Ability to
communicate clearly and professionally with clients,
colleagues, and other peers in the industry.
Proficiency in
Microsoft applications: Familiarity with
Outlook and Teams.
Self-motivated and
independent: Capable of working
autonomously and achieving self-determined goals.
