Immediate need for a talented Real Estate Services Coordinator. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Radnor, PA(Onsite). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to multiple property managers Process and track invoices accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property-related work Communicate with utility companies regarding property services Serve as a point of contact for vendors and tenant inquiries Assist with tenant communications and general property administration Support energy management and other operational initiatives Maintain organized records and documentation Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the property management teamKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have skills: Commercial Real Estate / Property Management Invoice Processing / Accounts Payable Microsoft Office Suite Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous experience in commercial real estate, property management, or facilities management is a plus Previous invoicing or accounts payable experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional customer service skills when interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders Education: HSD or equivalentOur client is a leading Commercial Real Estate Services and Investment Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
