• Shift / Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Real Estate Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to tenants and vendors. This role supports multiple properties and multiple managers, with a primary focus on administrative-type support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoicing
• Prepare contractors
• Deal with utility companies
• Communicate with vendors
• Handle tenant communications
• Manage some energy management responsibilities
• Work on multiple properties supporting multiple managers

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Invoicing experience
