Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to tenant inquiries.
- Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Review insurance certificates and verify that they are current and up to date.
- Upload and process invoices through the appropriate portal.
- Follow up on work orders with engineers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Must Have:
Good communication skills

Years of experience: at least 1-2 years of experience
Education: GED/HS, college preferred
Interview Process: 1 virtual and/or 1 in-person

Summary:
As a Real Estate Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio. This includes marketing, operations, and financial activities.
