Position Summary
As a Client Real Estate Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio, including marketing, operations, and financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to tenant inquiries.
- Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Review insurance certificates and verify that they are current and up to date.
- Upload and process invoices through the appropriate portal.
- Follow up on work orders with engineers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience.
Education
- GED/High School Diploma required.
- College preferred.

- 1 virtual and/or 1 in-person interview.
