Responsibilities

• Work with a sales agent to show homes to clients
• Provide written feedback to help refine client search criteria
• Support clients throughout the home-buying process
• Write and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and team meetings
• Participate in script practice and accountability sessions
• Track activities using PLACE Technology
