Evening and weekend availability is required, as these are the busiest periods for buyer showings and when your support will be most valuable.

Responsibilities

• Show homes to buyers using leads the team provides
• Follow up with buyer leads from online sources (including Zillow), helping them go from their first inquiry to booking an in-person home showing
• Coordinate and confirm showing schedules with clients and team members
• Provide a professional, knowledgeable, and punctual client experience
• Communicate client feedback and insights to the team
• Assist in identifying client needs and next steps
• Track activities and client interactions in our CRM (PLACE Technology)
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and practice sessions for phone and in-person conversations
• Maintain consistent availability, including evenings and weekends
• Support senior agents in moving clients through the buying process
• Continuously build your market knowledge and client communication skills

Qualifications

You don’t need experience in real estate, but you do need energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn quickly.
