Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program to rapidly develop essential skills
- Assist sales agents by expertly guiding clients through home showings
- Real estate agent centric mindset
- Offer clear, constructive feedback to help clients refine their home search
- ️ Prepare and negotiate offers with confidence to facilitate smooth transactions
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions to enhance communication skills
- Engage in team events to foster collaboration and strengthen company culture
- Commit to continuous real estate agent growth through regular coaching and training
- Utilize PLACE Technology tools to efficiently track and manage tasks
