The Ricci Team is seeking an enthusiastic, licensed Showing Partner to join our collaborative, performance-driven real estate team. This role provides valuable hands-on experience, ongoing professional growth, and the opportunity to develop your career alongside seasoned industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required onboarding and training while pursuing continuous growth in real estate knowledge and skills.
• Arrange and conduct property tours, delivering a polished and informed experience for every client.
• Submit prompt, thorough feedback after showings to help sharpen and adjust clients’ search preferences.
• Work with the lead sales agent and clients to develop, prepare, and negotiate purchase offers.
• Allocate a minimum of 10 hours each week to prospecting and lead-generation efforts.
• Take part in weekly script rehearsals, coaching, team training, and Partner Calls.
• Support team meetings, events, and activities in alignment with established team expectations.
