Real Estate Team Lead – Build Your Team

Summary

Coastal Communities Realty is seeking an experienced real estate agent who is ready to lead—or is already leading—a team of their own. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to grow beyond individual production by recruiting, developing, and supporting a dependable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and coach team members
• Oversee team transactions from contract through closing
• Build and manage your team’s brand and visibility within the local market

Compensation

Instead of a percentage-based split, you’ll pay a flat $550 transaction fee per team member, allowing more of your team’s earnings to remain with you and your agents.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard team members who fit your team's culture, building a group of agents you can count on as you scale.
• Oversee your team's transactions from contract to close, making sure every deal runs smoothly and professionally.
• Coach and support your team members, helping newer or less experienced agents grow their production and confidence.
• Manage your team's branding and marketing presence, using Coastal's custom branding tools to build a recognizable identity in your market.
• Keep your team compliant with Fair Housing regulations and Florida real estate law, protecting your agents and your business.
• Represent your team and Coastal in the Destin community, building trust and visibility as you grow.
• Keep more of your team's earnings with a flat $550 per-transaction fee, instead of losing a percentage of every deal to the brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license required
• Prior experience leading, managing, or building a real estate team strongly preferred
• Currently producing real estate sales- wanting to grow your team
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain agents
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
• Experience overseeing transactions from contract to close for multiple agents at once
• Solid understanding of Florida real estate contracts, compliance, and Fair Housing regulations
• Comfortable using CRM systems and team management tools
• Commitment to building a team culture centered on accountability and growth
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
