Transaction Coordinator (Closing Coordinator)
Full Time • Las Vegas, NV


About the Role
Max Capital is hiring a Transaction Coordinator to manage the final stage of the loan process. This role is responsible for coordinating closings, managing documentation, and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.


What You’ll Do

•  Coordinate loan closings from final approval to completion. 
•  Review and manage closing documentation. 
•  Work with internal teams and clients to finalize transactions. 
•  Ensure all files are complete and accurate prior to closing. 
•  Maintain organization across multiple transactions. 
•  Maintain strict confidentiality of client and financial information.

•  Ability to manage multiple transactions at once. 
•  Strong communication skills. 
• Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Experience in escrow, title, or real estate transactions. 
•  Experience as a transaction coordinator or closer. 
•  Background in lending or real estate. 

Compensation

•  $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience). 
•  Performance-based bonus opportunities.
