Real Estate Transactional Attorney Lead

A highly regarded regional law firm headquartered in South Carolina, with offices throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney Lead to join its growing real estate practice.

This attorney will lead sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, development and financing transactions, title and survey review, due diligence, zoning, and related real estate documentation. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to institutional clients, developers, lenders, investors, and business owners while managing matters from inception through closing.

The position offers the opportunity to:

- Lead complex commercial real estate transactions across North and South Carolina
- Work directly with sophisticated clients and firm leadership
- Mentor and develop associates and other legal professionals
- Contribute to the continued growth and strategic direction of the firm’s real estate practice

Qualified candidates should have significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, strong drafting and negotiation skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to independently manage matters and client relationships. Active bar admission in South Carolina is preferred; North Carolina admission is a plus.
