Position Overview
The firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in real estate transactional work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting developers, drafting development-related agreements, and managing due diligence for complex real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate development-related legal documents, including:
- Purchase and sale agreements
- Easements
- Declarations
- Other real estate development contracts
- Conduct due diligence for complex real estate transactions.
- Partner with developers and internal teams on ongoing development projects.
- Provide legal guidance across a broad range of real estate and development matters.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of high-quality experience in real estate transactional law.
- Strong background representing the developer side of transactions.
- Demonstrated experience drafting development agreements and performing due diligence.
- Membership in the Arizona Bar, or eligibility for admission upon motion.
- Broad development-related experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience representing homebuilders.
- Familiarity with various real estate development issues.
