Position Overview

The firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in real estate transactional work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting developers, drafting development-related agreements, and managing due diligence for complex real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate development-related legal documents, including:
    • Purchase and sale agreements
    • Easements
    • Declarations
    • Other real estate development contracts
  • Conduct due diligence for complex real estate transactions.
  • Partner with developers and internal teams on ongoing development projects.
  • Provide legal guidance across a broad range of real estate and development matters.
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of high-quality experience in real estate transactional law.
  • Strong background representing the developer side of transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting development agreements and performing due diligence.
  • Membership in the Arizona Bar, or eligibility for admission upon motion.
  • Broad development-related experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience representing homebuilders.
  • Familiarity with various real estate development issues.
