Position Title: Real Estate Transactional Attorney

This position offers a unique opportunity for a Real Estate Transactional Attorney to engage in significant real estate transactional work. The role involves collaborating with a dedicated team on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including leasing, purchases, and the formation of business entities. Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 / Year DOE

Real Estate Transactional Attorney Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, associates, and support staff on commercial real estate matters
• Handle transactions involving commercial real estate leasing, purchases, and sales, including 1031 exchanges
• Assist with private offerings to real estate investors
• Form and document business entities for real estate operations
• Review and comment on loan documents for borrowers in commercial real estate transactions

Real Estate Transactional Attorney Requirements:

• 3-5 years of transactional experience; candidates with up to 10 years of experience will be considered
• Experience in commercial real estate leasing, purchases, sales, and business entity formation
• Proficient in reviewing and commenting on loan documents for commercial real estate transactions
• Must be barred in California
• Experience with AI or willingness to learn about AI and its impact on practicing law is preferred
