A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Senior Counsel to join its sophisticated real estate and community development finance practice. The underlying practice represents lenders, investors, and syndicators in real estate financings, including transactions involving low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, new markets, energy, and other state and federal tax credit programs.
$260,000 - $320,000, with final compensation dependent on experience, qualifications, and performance. Bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package are also available.
