Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a
real estate associate<\/b> to its Palo Alto team. This group sits close to the deal flow for technology and life sciences companies, from early stage through mature, global operations.<\/span><\/div><\/p>
<\/p>
Role summary<\/b>
<\/div> You will support a busy transactional practice handling:
<\/div>
• Commercial and biotech -focused leasing (including complex facility leases)
<\/div>
• Purchase and sale transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions
<\/div>
• Real estate financings and related diligence and documentation
<\/div>
<\/p>
<\/p>
Candidate profile<\/b>
<\/div> •
2–4 years<\/b> of real estate transactional experience in a law firm setting
<\/div> • Meaningful reps on
leasing<\/b> and purchase and sale<\/b> work
<\/div> • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
<\/div>
•
California bar<\/b> required
<\/div><\/p>

Compensation<\/b>

$235,000–$310,000<\/b> (based on year classification)
<\/div> • Discretionary merit bonus eligibility
