Job Description
Install DTH antenna for new customer connections.Attend onsite service requests as assigned by the support team.Perform antenna realignment and troubleshooting for existing customers.Visit sub-dealers regularly and submit activity reports.Handle MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit) service calls as required.Coordinate daily work assignments with shift supervisors.Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation of completed tasks.Job Specification: Minimum +2 completed (Bachelor's running preferred).Freshers are encouraged to apply.Prior experience in DTH/ISP/Field Technical Support is an advantage.Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle.Good communication and customer handling skills.Ability to manage multiple field tasks efficiently.Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
