Responsibilities
- Lead generate daily
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Consult with buyers & sellers in person
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
- Participate in weekly team meetings and trainings
Qualifications
- Licensed real estate agent
- Motivated sales professional with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Proficient in receiving feedback and adapting to overcome challenges
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
- Cooperative and supportive team player
- Eager to embrace coaching and continuously develop professional skills
- Well-organized with effective time management abilities
