Rear Load Residential Garbage Truck

? Pay: $23–$25/hr. + Overtime!

? Schedule: Monday – Friday | Occasional Saturdays | 50–55 Hours/Week

Waste Connections is hiring experienced, safety-focused CDL Drivers for our Altamonte Springs location, serving the greater Orlando area. If you're looking for steady work, great pay, and full benefits — we want to hear from you!

?The Job:

+ Safely operate a Garbage Truck on assigned routes

+ Follow route sheets or dispatcher instructions

+ Load, transport, and dump waste at designated sites

+ Perform daily vehicle inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment)

+ Maintain a clean, safe vehicle

+ Provide excellent service to Residential and Commercial customers

✅Requirements:

+ Valid Class A or B CDL License

+ Clean Driving Record

+ 1+ year of local route driving experience

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all conditions

+ Strong work ethic & team player attitude
