The Reassignment team, part of the Property & Title department, drives seamless solar contract transfers during residential home sales. As a Reassignment Agent, you ll serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, buyers, escrow/title companies, and real estate agents - guiding all parties through the transfer process from start to finish. You ll field questions, address concerns, collect required documentation, generate and validate transfer documents, and confirm closing to ensure a smooth account transition.

  • Own and prioritize a high volume of inbound inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that drives satisfaction and builds trust with all stakeholders
  • Proactively communicate required actions, milestones, and timelines to all parties to keep transfers on track
  • Translate complex contract terms and solar fundamentals into clear, accessible language for customer
  • Apply sound judgment and discretion to evaluate each transfer scenario, balancing customer needs with business risk
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly performance benchmarks
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or client-services role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Proven ability to self-manage, stay organized, and execute in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
  • A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional partners
