Rebate Management Specialist

Pride Health is hiring a Rebate Management Specialist to support our client's healthcare facility.

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST

Location: Remote

Job Type: Local contract

Contract Length: 68 weeks

Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00/hour*

• Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end rebate payment application and reconciliation for assigned Manufacturers.

• Review remittances, billing logic, and payment conditions to ensure accurate processing.

• Perform variance and root cause analysis and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Review and dispute exclusions and partner with cross-functional teams including Rebate Analytics, Billing, Legal, Industry Relations, OGA, and Client Management.

• Research and respond to internal and external inquiries.

• Identify process inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives.

• Meet established accuracy, quality, and timeliness targets.

• Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations, payment processing, reconciliation, rebates, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

• Preferred: Experience with pharmaceutical/healthcare rebates, SQL, and SharePoint.
